Unauthorized Withdrawal - SCAM

I've been billed by Total Savings of $12 since June. I have never approved that deal. I'm unsure where did they get my bank card number. Is there a method to quit this and obtain a reimbursement? Other people understand what to complete about that fraud?

I am likely to stop my bank card since this is the guidance of my bank. But I actually do would like to get a reimbursement and obtain my $84 back.
