Complete savings - scam, unauthorized use of my debit card

Costs from total savings and from consumeris discount have now been removed without my agreement instantly going back couple of months and that I am so angry at myself for not getting this earlier. I actually donot understand where they obtained my bank card number. The costs are 12.00 and 15.00, that will be 35.00 per month removed from my consideration without my agreement. I'm so surprised to discover that this fraud is occurring to a lot of people. Somehow they have to be ceased!!
