I never signed up

Hello. I've no info on the corporation, Total Savings except that they're subtracting $12.00 from my bank account every month. I've never registered together. I delivered an email to customerservice@completesabings.com plus they explained they can't find any consideration from me till I supply them extra information by mail. I've no telephone number or handle for them. I've requested my credit union to prevent any breaks but I do want to understand how to obtain a complete reimbursement since I have do not know who or the things they are??
