Failure to Update Balance and Credit Report

I resolved a merchant account with Citifinancial in May for under total quantity, making a zero stability. Equifax, after I'd an extended struggle with Citifinancial, ultimately started using it right, and documented a zero stability in March. Today, the total amount has reappeared (based on Equifax on the statement from Citifinancial) and that I cannot appear to understand this fixed. I also donate to Equifax attentive reporting, plus they have twice documented (improperly) that Citifinancial has filed fit to obtain a view with this cash I actually donot owe.
