Bankruptcy Account Still Reported After Several Disputes

Citifinancial is reporting that I have an account with them that was included in bankruptcy on my credit report. After disputing several times, they will not remove this. They are knowingly reporting false information. I have contacted the FTC, OCCC of Texas, CSC Credit Services, and Equifax. No help was given by any of these entities.
