They charged me for something i've already paid now my credit is f

Efore i left okinawa i had a debt to pay with these f*. I couldn't do it so i sign add form that would take it out of my account once i reach the states. I go to pendleton for 5 weeks and then i go to iraq. I come back and they tell me that they were going to start taking my money to pay the debt i agreed to sign on the dd form.

It's already paid, yet they still tell me that i still owe them the same amount. Isn't that f* up...
