Lender declined to cash a $140 check, since I didn't possess a bank account together. This even though the check author had a merchant account together, plus they have now been cashing these inspections for a long time previously. This time around, the department in Mooresville insisted I start an individual bank account together, despite the fact that we curently have a 750k mortgage with them and that I could supply identification, etc. They claim there's "no method" they're permitted to cash a look for me, though it's been completed regularly previously. To include insult to damage, I reside blocks in the lender and also have been spending my mortgage promptly for a long time without there actually becoming an issue. No good sense, strong-arm techniques to lure one to get a merchant account won't function. Never trust these folks. They're criminals.
