I started a loan modification in Dec. 2008. Have not qualified 4 times, now in a traditional Mod. Was told must make payment in the $1,000.00s by Oct. 1 2010. Tried all day Sept. 22 2.5hrs. On the phone to make large payment. No one on the other end will handle my case, transfers all day long, disconections, & I'm not sure. From everyone. I have all documentations of phone#s people, ID#s, letters (37), late fees, bie batch inspection fees, delinquent fees, intrest fees, & now at least $1,200.00 in there Att. Fees. My mortgage has gone from $126,000.00 to well over $132,000.00. I have never been delinquent in the 14yrs I have lived here, Not untill CiTi told me to skip a payment in Feb. 2009. Now I am in forclousre & the offer they are saying I may accept is obsured. I don't know what else to do since I have not heard from them in weeks.
