Unfair practices

This company continue to call me at home and at work, with threats of wage garnishing and threats of taking me to court. There are times when i've talked to a coulple of their representatives and had worked out payment arrangements, and on the agreed due date they try to increase the agreed upon amount. At one point they tried to run my credit card for an unauthorized amount, i did not give them permission to run my card. After that they said the were going to send a wage assignment to my job, but last week they called me saying they are going to work with me again. I do not trust these people and there are trying again to force me to pay by harassing me by phone at work and at home.
