After 15 months no negotiato

Filed for modification on March 4 and since then have paid every (7) trial modification payments on time and all my paperwork has been kept up to date since the beginning. Even had Chase comment not seen one this clean. I have had 2 different negotiators since the start and was told this last week I have none now. No-one is assigned to my work-out. Almost (15) months later no is paying any attention to my file. I have asked for escrow analysis 4 times now and no response. My taxes were cut in half 2 yrs ago and I am still paying the old amount. Last analysis was October. Since then I have been over paying escrow $200 each and every month. There isn't any one person that will address is any of these issues. All they can do it escalate and email and in 15 months no one has ever answered them.
