I did a loan modification with Chase Bank back in March. I did not keep a copy of the contract and Chase refuses to send me a copy.

It took several months for Chase to do this loan modification to pay my escrow account. They are still reporting me past due each month in the bureau even though I am making adjustment payment amounts from $679.00 to $900.00. They say until I pay all the payments in escrow they will continue to report a delinquent account even though I am making the loan modification amount.

My complaint is when I look at the bureau it's not reporting me paying $900.00 on the loan modification account.

I no longer receive statements of any kind showing they are receiving $900.00 payments.

My account is showing delinquent every month.By June Chase will have reported me 540 days past due.

Is there anything I can do? How do I get a copy of my loan modification if Chase refuses to send it?
