Modification

My Husband and I went under a remodification with chase over a year ago. After several run arounds and seveal different request for paper work. They finally proposed us with a payment. To our suprise the payment wasnt even close to what we were paying during the workout period. Its almost the same amount we were paying before the remod. How is that suppose to help someone out that needs a modification to lower the payments? This was a waste of time and stress on my family for a payment that didn't decrease at all. Chase is full of it dont trust them with your modification you might end up in a worst situation.
