Our mortgage was moved from Countrywide to Lender of America. Right before the finish of the entire year I spoke with BofA about options for economic difficulty. I had been delivered the paper-work To Make House Inexpensive over per month before and delivered it. I qualify on essentially all levels. Having not noticed something in per month I contact BofA invested the greater section of 3 hours backwards and forwards while being informed no body may find my paperwork. Our supreme criticism is the fact that I talked having a support representative title Ingrid who had been ostensibly unpleasant and talked in my experience as though she was reprimanding a young child. Finally I had been informed to hold back to get a phone within 48 hours.
