I spent the better part of three hours on a cell yesterday trying to get an update on my Making Home Affordable Application. I sent the paperwork in on March 9th or 10th. I was transferred from person to person just to hear we have not located your paperwork. My ultimate complaint is with a service rep name Ingrid (she refused to give me a last name). She spoke to me as if reprimanding a child. I have had my mortgage for 5 years and have never run into anyone as nasty for no reason as she was.
