I'm writing to protest regarding Lender of America Producing House Inexpensive - Impending Difficulty Plan. I named in in July to request assitance as a result of pay cut. I had been battling normally I'd not need named. Was handed directions on which files to submit and named back again to make certain they'd gotten my paperwork. I had been informed 3 months. A couple weeks later I obtained a phone in the "Impending Difficulty System". The broker explained I certified and also to use. I did so at the conclusion of Septmenber. They explained my financilas were still godd and they might ask me when they needed any update. I questioned concerning the period fram for acceptance and that I was informed 3 months. I waitd only a little longer and named again in November. I had been informed that my software was really posted but still under authorization. The Broker was excellent and explained "it'll be authorized, dont' fear". Following the Vacations I obtained another pay cut. I named in again in Jan and talked to some represantative who explained that I'd no software which he did not understand what I had been referring to. He hung-up the phine after I began sobbing. I called again and spke to some boss and he or she explained I'd get a box within the email within 14 days. It was January 19th so that as of today 02/18 I've not gotten something. I called again today, was about the telephone 52 units simply to be informed that my software was posted on jan 19th!!! All of them lied in my experience and just how may I make sure that the final person I talked to nowadays isn't laying in my experience also? I had been informed AGAIN that I've to hold back 3 months, I've been ready 6 montha whic is significantly more than increase the full time and that I am SHATTERED! I don't possess the cash and assets to take! Within my last-call I had been informed to create a notice to Jennifer Brooks who's the representative of the Generating House Inexpensive plan fro Lender of America and that I may create her-but I'll also wtite to all of the papers and Television information to ensure this really is noticed!!!
