Ripoff - tried to make an online payment and it didn't work, No confirmation and they charged 10.00 for a service that didnt work

When I tried to make a payment online it gave me an error. So I waited 2 days and tried again, It worked the secound time but when I checked with my bank they took two payments out of my account and two 10.00 charges. My bank got my unauthorized Payment back for me But I could not get my 10.00 transaction fee back. I called and talked to a Mr. Pravin and he told me to have my bank fax him the info needed to get this done. It was never done and I have copies of the fax and cover sheet sent from my bank. When I called again I was not able to talk to this Mr. Pravin and I was told the 10.00 dollars would not be refunded.

Thus I got riped off. I have had nothing but problems with this bank since my loan was sold to them. Harassing letters and phone calls.
