Ripoff business from hell

Hello Ocwen Victims,

I have a story to tell like many of you and I had no clue a nightmare such as this could take place in America. They say this is the land of the free and home of the brave...

Well, I have come to the same conclusion that nothing is "free" when it comes to Ocwen Federal Bank fsb and feeling "brave" is becoming less of a reality each day.

I have been paying faithful on a home mortgage loan that was taken out at Delta Funding Mortgage Company and my loan was bought out like the rest of you.

Instead of my loan coming down it is going up everyday. I am being charge with all kinds of crazy fees and I have been sending my payments to a P.O. Box in Los Angeles, California.

I sent in four payments and forgot to add. 98 cents to the money order and each payments was put in a holding account and I was never notified that my payments were not going towards the loan nor were they ever returned back to me.

Just resently, I was notified by phone in the evening and told that I needed to send Ocwen 3 months payments by the next day that totaled $963.09 or they were going to foresclose on my home.

I sent the payment in before the week was out and Ocwen Federal Bank sent it back with a letter stating I sent them insufficient funds.

I contacted the State Attorney General's Office in my state and filed a formal report to have Ocwen Federal Bank fsb investigated. I was advised to send in the same payment along with my next monthly payment and keep doing this to cover myself.

I advise everyone who has been involved with the crazy tactics of this company to file a formal complaint immediately.

I would love to join a class action suit against Ocwen Federal Bank fsb because it is high time they are brought down to their knees.
