Ocwen federal Bank ripoff

I have owned my home since 1986. Until recently my payments have been up-to-date. Once aegis lending told us that our mortgage would sold we became concerned. We then learned that ocwen had the mortgage. We began making our payments. Soon after we learned that two consecutive payments mailed to ocwen ended up in aegis' lending's hands. We were told by ocwen, oops we can't do anything about it.

Since then they have not showed those payments as being recorded yet our bank satements show the checks being received. We paid the following months payment late. Lo and behold a foreclosure notice came in the mail. We did an electronic payment in september yet it is still in as a foreclosure.

We did not make a payment in october as we are looking at alternative mortgage companies to bail us out of this joke of a mortgage company. This has caused a lot of problems for my wife and i. We found this website and were amazed by the number of problems with ocwen. Can anyone help or give us some real good advice.
