Ocwen Federal Bank - FSB ripoff

I was really good about making my payments, then times got tough and I skipped one payment because I was actually one payment ahead and they harrassed me until I made that payment.

They called my Husband at work harrassing him. When I told them not to be calling him at work and harrassing him, they told me that they do not harrass people.

Two years ago I couldn't make my whole payment so I gave them all but $50.00, and the next month I gave them the $50.00 plus that months mortgage payment and they took it upon themselves to add an additional $95.00 legal fee. I found out later that any payment more than 30 days late, full payment or not, they add an additional $95.00 legal fee.

No one would talk to me about it when I tried to call them and talk to them. My mortgage insurance also lapsed by a month and they took out insurance of $48.00 so I paid them my mortgage payment plus the $48.00 and I still have that $48.00 problem because they took the extra money and put it on the $95.00 legal fee which was almost 2 years ago.

I also sent them a money order and they lost it and then charged me 2 mortgage payments. They claimed they didn't.

I can't pay my payment untill the last day of the month due to job change, and I tried to work that out with them, but they didn't care. You can imagine the harrassing phone calls I would have gotten if I hadn't changed my phone number twice.

To this very day, I just send them my mortgage payment and no more. I was planning to go bankrupt on their rears, but I am so scared of getting another house and the loan company being sold to Ocwen. I tried to refinance, but that didn't work out either.

What can I do. I do not like these people.
