I have been trying to deal with this company for 7 years now. They have taken money out of my checking account several times and then yet still call for payment. Two days ago I had a call about insurance having to be paid on the house. I pay 57 dollars a month extra into escrow to cover the insurance. Yet they continue to call about it. Watch those late fees and hidden fees because they are there without knowledge.

This business needs to be investigated to the highest level. We are hard working individuals that pay our mortgage yet to be harrassed from this company. I did not ask for them to buy out my note but it happened.

Now I go to sleep every night wondering what to hell is going on. Why are they continuing to haunt me. They call themselves fairbanks there is nothing about Fairbaks thats fair nothing at all.

Wonder if they have a license to rip people off?
