Ripoff business from hell cheated employees and screwed the customers even more con artist fake ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

Sometime in 2001 we noticed that our mortgage payment went up about 200 dollars with our previous
mortgage Servicing Company Olympus Services. At first it was reported as late payments and later insurance payments. While where trying to clarify this problem, we receive a letter from them that our mortgage has been transferred over to Fairbanks Capital Corp. The charges continued, despite effort to contact them and clarify what exactly was going on. We later got a letter from our countys attorney that our Taxes has not been paid.

We contacted Olympus our previous mortgage company to understand that they did not pay our taxes because we did not have enough money in our escrow account to cover it. That did not sound correct because our homeowners insurance had remain the same over the years and our taxes did not increase.

We contacted our county, they confirm that our taxes are the same since we move in about two years ago. Our next question is how did Olympus mortgage come shot with our escrow account. We decided to call our previous mortgage company Greenpoint Mortgage who sold it to Olympus, we requested the escrow statement at sale of that mortgage. They verbally and in writing confirmed that our escrow has a balance of 1,606.79 transferred to Olympus at sale and that was enough to cover the rest of the year according to our mortgage payment.

A month into this confusion our mortgage we transferred over to Fairbanks who continue to threatens us, charging us late fees, accrued interest, legal fees and expenses.

About five months now we have not received a letter or a verbal explanation breaking down this
Figure and how we come about owing them all this money. No one will respond to our calls or call us
Back when we live messages or sent letters. We continue to get calls from Fairbanks customer service team who will explain they are just following what they see on the computers. I have ask to speak to a supervisor several times, they will only provide a fax number that never replied back.

This is a nightmare, I feel as if I am in some third world country with no right. Now I am getting threatening letters that my house will be foreclosed in the near future. Sir will you please have someone follow up with us and take look at our
Account. This is my last dish effort I do not know where to turn for help.
