Fairbanks Capital ripoff fraudulant billing. Lie! Lie! Lie! Ripoff business from hell

First of al the first thing I get a letter from a lawyer (foutty and Foutty fairbanks capital corp Lawyer) stating their is a foreclosure of mortgaeg on my house. This was the first thing that stunned me. So i contact fairbanks to find out what was going on They said i hadnt made a payment since august witch now it was november. I always pay my house payment they were wrong. So she looks further into it and said what has happened is they forplaced insurance on my mortgage. So every payment i have made was going onto insurance paymnet. Well guess what i also had insurance.

So the lady on the phone says i will email and have this analyzed it will take 5 work days to fix this. So i call back in 5 working days and this problem is not fixed yet. So this lady tells me the same thing send it email have it analyzed.By this point im honked off! 6or 7 days later i was served papers im being sued by fairbanks capital corp.

So i call agin I get the rudest lady in the world which she was suposibly a supervisor. I wanted to talk to her the first day but no body knew who the supervisor was. The only way i got her is because i said im not hanging up til i get this straightned out. So she tells me i have 15 days to come up with $1568.00 or i loose my house. This is not my fault and im paid up on my house and i want justice! Please help me
