Citibank Mortgage
Hold mortgage payment so it's late!

My payment is due on the first. It's late after the 15th. They hold the payment until it's late and then sock you with a $40.05 late fee. I would like to pay it on line but they won't let because I filed bankruptcy. I can have no access to my mortgage statement because of the bankruptcy. I now have to wait 7-10 years before I can pay it on line. If the payment is post marked before the due date they must go by the postmark not when someone decided to open the mail and process it. What a scam...

I will send it certified from now on and someone will sign for it...
