Incessant Daily Calls About Mortgage Payment Due on the First

I have been a mortgage holder for some ten years and have never been late on a payment. Now I am receiving calls 2-3 times daily reminding me of a payment due on the first. Clearly, the mortgage statements allow for a payment date up to the 15th. When I try to call them back, they are always closed, BUT the computer call states they're open from 8 am to 10 PM...

I'm absolutely incensed by the ridiculous calls. Having never been late, ever, this is far beyond harassment.
