Home Loans - Countrywide Mortgage foreclosured when not behind, lied in court Denve

We were forced to file bankruptcy 2 years after purchasing our home thru Countrywide Home Loans. They immediately denied us access on line to our account. They misposted the first payment as "unknown" or something like that so it didn't show up as a mortgage payment. Then when we were late on another payment 10 months (?) later, they filed with the Bankruptcy court to be allowed to foreclose. We tried to point out to our Attorney the error in posting. He wasn't interested in speaking to us; he'd already been paid his fees.

The day of the hearing Countrywide's attorney told the judge that we were 3 months behind. Then he went back to his office and MAILED US THE LAST MORTGAGE PAYMENT (basically refused receipt) that we had sent to TEXAS. Texas apparently sent the payment to HIM, not us. How can an attorney stand before a judge, say we're behind, and then mail us back our payment the same day? It had been sent Fed-x overnight to TEXAS. Their attorney is in DENVER. They refused to post so they could say we were behind. Why? Because it was an FHA loan and it was insured. FHA PAID OFF COUNTRYWIDE and they didn't have to deal with us anymore. Phone calls did absolutely no good. Bounced around between "bankruptcy department", accounting, yadda, yadda.in my opinion, these people are frauds, and I'm entitled to my opinion.
