Avoid Citibank at all costs

I named Citibank Cardmember Services on February 2 to discover just how to cope with an issue I’ve had having a Sears Charge Card that's released by Citibank. I didn’t understand my Sears bill wasn’t settled till I obtained the following month’s bill.
