This really is in mention of the among my certified drenched with Citibank on 9th November. A ILLEGITIMATE ONLINE Move (through NetBanking) of RS 55000/- occurred on 03/11/09 from my CITIBANK Income A/d to ICICI Bank. This deal occurred without my understanding & authorization when I didn’t discussed my login facts, TPIN, IPIN with anyone.
After realizing this issue I visited CITBANK (India) and posted a created certified. CITIBANK Group recognized & established me that they can consider this issue. But unfortunately, I'venot obtained any positive response on my problem from Customer Service in addition to in the individual/group who's analysis this problem. Criticism Numbers: 10871697,10907009.
Its over 20 times today, and after this they explained that its not Citibank problem & they CAn't assist in it. Thus, I'd prefer to emphasize this problem using the Citibank Greater Administration & obtain them to do something on my issue and assist me in obtaining my cash back.
