"After 12 months, you may be eligible to graduate to an unsecured credit card, and get back the money you deposited in your Collateral Account."
"MAY be eligible" after 14 months, $140 in fees & interest, perfect payment history on all cards, 0 negatives (short history, 8 hard inquiries) a 680 credit score the answer... NO we can't say why or when/if/ever we will convert just NO!!!
Tried 3 time went into a branch talked to a manager no help, so I "closed" all my accounts thinking I would walk out with the $300 they ended up owing me, nope we'll send you a check ; (
Called to see when it would show? Well when u, the manager & credit dept spent a half hour rolling around on the ground... Well nothing happened account is still open: 0 Ok close it when can I expect my money?
