Over charged and debited without autorization

I had been on Facebook whenever a good deal to get a mobile phone with endless wording and chat for $25 seemed. I chose to purchase it for my 12yo for christmas. The telephone came and everything was good. I included the $5 longdistance which with fees and also the initial month free was $34.74 monthly. They switched the telephone down on February 3 also it was extremely difficult for me personally to achieve anybody. (march 1) After I did they attempted to cost me a reconnection charge Plus $11 for three times use. After speaking with many telemarketers they guaranteed an $11 reimbursement and that my next statement could be $23 with that. Fast-forward to March 31 they charged me MUCH MORE $48.65 for that support that with changes must have been $23. The reason they offered me was that I currently got the very first month free what more do I'd like. (it was a promotion they were operating with internet acquisitions) I told them they didn't possess the expert to-go into my consideration and consider extra resources. Then they stated that the additional cash was for online-service. There's no online-service about the telephone. They stop the written text message (that was contained in the $25 price) and explained that it had been concidered online. I named my lender plus they are performing a study. Evidently I'm not alone that's this criticism with this particular organization. Beware!!!
