Worst customer service i have ever encountered

I have had Cricket instant for over annually.in the beginning points were excellent. Good telephone, endless anything (wording, chat, web, etc.) for $50 per month.

Issue is the client service. It's extremely difficult to obtain touching a live individual by telephone so when you need to do they seldom have a solution for your issue or can assist.

I've to express the terrible customer support beats the $50 endless payment. Wouldn't actually suggest to anybody. There is no stage in having a reduced monthly price to get a telephone when the organization is certainly going to slice the telephone down at their very own free-will.

Simply horrible!
