Ate issue has never been properly fixed

Issue with rate fix, has led to amex making out like a bandit, amex is taking no accountablity for causing things to get so far overboard im ready to walk away from the balance and take you to small claims court for complete disregard to correcting error in a timely manner or printing the correct rate on a statement, yet tell you can only change it during a statement period.
