Outrageous Checking Acct fees

While I popped a Disc at Citi in 4 I was informed I Would need to start a bank account aswell to obtain the advertised rate of interest. Which was not what I meant to do but I went along side it (huge error). Anything was good until December after I began receiving billed $25 monthly against my $500 bank account like a "service charge". No admonishment, the costs only began showing. I'venot created just one check up on this consideration. I'd took care of the in December but I simply returned home from abroad. Exactly what a ripoff. I believe I am spending money on some Citi governmentis billion-dollar reward!
