I recently found I had been spending roughly $30 per month on my CITI Diamond Preferred Charge Card to get a Credit Guard support. I then found out that I've been spending money on this support since November. The regular interest about the stability I'm presently transporting is approximately $30-$35 per month. I spend this card by having an instantly payment from my bank account, about $70 per month.

Since I'm paying down additional cards with greater rates of interest first, I simply spend this card instantly and seldom sign in to check the total amount. To my dismay, I came across that I'd not created ANY improvement reducing this card within the last 15 weeks because of the curiosity & credit guard charge successfully deleting out my funds

I recently approached CITI about that credit guard service to locate when AND JUST HOW I acquired enrolled, when I NEVER approved this company.

They replied about 50 times later having a brief response having said that they examined the recording and on the basis of the discussion, that I'd enrolled, and they'll not return the 15 weeks worth of costs.

Well that is clearly really fake, when I realize that CITI regularly calls to market me providers I actually donot require, and that I USUALLY politely decline. Within this one occasion in December, nevertheless, the CITI worker required it upon themselves to sign up me TOTALLY UNLIKE ME SAYING NO THANKS.

Not just is that this totally dishonest, they're questioning me use of the recording! How handy! This Citicard organization is judge, court, and executioner all wrapped-up into one

Our advice would be to STAY AWAY FROM CITIGROUP CITI CHARGE CARDS and consider your company elsewhere. If you should be a present cardholder, examine your claims and contact/e-mail them to instantly eliminate you when they have condemned you with this specific ineffective credit guard fraud! Request a reimbursement, but best of luck having your money-back!
