I've many charge cards with citi.in dec I chose to shut among the charge cards since i didn't wish to spend the annual charge. After i shut my consideration, citi visited my thanks benefits account that will be made up of all my charge cards plus my citigold connection, and required 30,040 highlights. After I asked about it, I had been informed they transformed their conditions plus they are now able to do that. I allow the repetition realize that I had been never informed of the modifications. She explained she'd examine and obtain back again to me in 2 times, she also supplied me an immediate quantity (I imagined). After not reading from her, i named the amount simply to think it is was somebody elses voicemail at citi, remaining numerous communications no reaction. I subsequently sent emails to citi and was handed numerous canned solutions that had nothing related to my request, ultimately got one which stated, I had been informed via declaration in february or mar. I requested copies of my 2009 staements, when I had authorized uo for papaerless claims. There is no notice. Despite declaring this to citi on numerous events, I return 1 of 2 reaction today. 1) I had been informed, however they've yet to supply me with any proof of this. Or 2) your factors can't be delivered since you shut the consideration. Becuase of the ONGOING AWFUL support, I've been shutting my additional charge cards, and obtained the majority of my bank company from them after two decades. They're probably the most discombobualted organization I actually noticed. The federal government must have let them crash
