B of A Refi - Bank of america in general

Started my refi on 6/3/10. I am still waiting for someone to call or email me after numerous attempts to find out where my loan is. This after being told that it would only cost me $450 out of pocket. Any further expense would be included in the loan (so i was told). Upon signing loan docs over 3 weeks ago, i'm told i have to send a cashiers check to the title company within the next 3 business days for the amount of 2,126.93. The amount was later reduced to just under $1000. Weeks after my originally faxing of docs, i was asked repeatedly for the same docs i had faxed over within the first week of this process. Eric Cummings, his boss Justin Atterbury and Selina Caballero-Fullmer are the 3 people that i have tried contacting along with the title company. I have never had such poor customer service and I felt i was manipulated from the get go with the fees. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
