Ripoff, liars, Claimed to be Lawyers, threatened us with lawsuit Beware and never let them talk to you about doing a check by phone

At 6:00 am today I obtained a phone out of this organization. After I recommended them the full time they hungup. They called back at 8:15 today requesting my child.

the girl (Julia) stated she was from the law office and had a need to talk to my child at the same time. After providing the telephone to my child I returned to sleep when I perform a graveyard shift.

After I awoke my child explained this individual (Julia) had informed her these were preparing togo into courtroom today and sieze my kids salaries, her vehicle, and something of-value she'd. Julia mentioned until my child decided to make funds within the quantity of $500.00 per month she'd continue using the court action.

Being in fear my child informed this lady she couldn't create that quantity of cost and also the lady accept have a check by email within the quantity of $330. Per month. All this was to get a charge card my child got when she was 18 and created all her cost till she dropped her work, many years ago. Credit has since written-off your debt in 2000! This lady, Julia, stated that Credit had employed her to document regulations fit and gather the cash.
