I had been required to pay for an unauthorized cost of 235.25 plus they went forward and required the cash from my bill anyway. And that I call them to obtain a reimbursement plus they stated I'd obtain it back by sunday the 20th of feb and today it's wednesday and that I haven't gotten it back. I keep obtaining the runaround with this, and that I am receiving really pissed-off since ineed this money-back to be able to spend some expenses.
