Employee Error with Cash Back

I joined walmart today with my loved ones. While departing in the money I picked the choice of cash-back. I had been somewhat diverted from the times occasions and quit the shop without getting my money required. Upon returning home and trying to find the cash I understood I never obtained. Used to do not signal the receipt (according to shop plan) or did the cashier signal the bill. I named the shop instantly snd was amazed using the reaction. The consultant explained I'd need to consult with the bucks review office the next business-day of course if they unearthed that the bucks was within the quantity I described then I'd be delivered my income.

The consultant declined to consider some of my info and held re directing me to call tomorrow. Today I understand the CSM’s conduct audits occasionally througut your day about the cashes. (my spouse use to work-there and so I possess a small inside information). I required they evaluate their movie and therefore are that I never received the cash. The consultant explained they don't do this and again mentioned I'd need to depend on the review tomorrow. Today I’m being withheld from my cash due to a mistake produced by a worker and also the destiny of my cash depends on the review performed tomorrow.

Imagine if the cashier required the cash himself and also the money exhibits a stability. To not conformting for me. Anyways I don’t understand how a shop may maintain my cash consequently of the own error. Even when its just for each day!
