Getting the runaround re: my refund

I've been seeking for all times today to obtain an unauthorized fee taken off my bank account.

After finally obtaining the proper website to apply for my reimbursement, and completing the statement, I had been designed to obtain a verification mail within 72 hours.

They supp0sedly delivered one on 12/31/69 (that is correct, 1969) but I never got one. Was delivered to still another site, www.yourrefundstatus.com to discover the standing of my reimbursement and after completing the necessary info of my lender title, routing range and tackle, was informed it'd be another 72 hours prior to the reimbursement was prepared!

The corporation caused me to get $39 in NSF costs on my new bank account since 1) used to donot understand I had been becoming a member of something; and, 2) it stated it had been FREE!

Because I didnot understand I'd be billed for-anything, I didnot have sufficient in my own bank account to protect their cost.
