Equested refund for services not rendered

Omega Debt had PDM Worldwide cost our charge card bill $990.00 us for providers to lessen our rate of interest on our charge cards. After many months with not reading back we named to discover they'd completed nothing. We required a reimbursement but Omega Debt stated we'd to contact PDM Intl simply because they were those who got the cash out-of our credit bill. The cost was on 02/08/08. We required the reimbursement with several calls from 11/07/08 whenever we were informed we'd to contact PDM. We've named many times & haven't obtained out cash by yet.
