Rip Off Consumers without Merit

I can't stand poor customer support. The corporation doesn't have courtesy as well as their administrators absence support capabilities.

I've had my Victoria Strategies take into account more than 10 years. I've just terminated. This Consideration Guarantee billed me $3.99 over something used to do not register for or required to participate.

After I received my statement, I named them to tell them I had been not likely to purchase anything I'd not subscribed to. Their solution was "you should have since this is the only method we'd have billed you. I attempted to inform them I'd not completed it however they would not hear. I required a credit and informed them a study must be completed. They explained "they'd credit only when i did so not open a study". I told them NO, I'd need a study because they had billed my VS consideration t/out permission. Rude customer support remarks were uncalled for.

I ended my VS consideration after I named them-and they stated "they'll examine and when they don't possess the saving they'll matter a credit". WHICH WAS NOT MY PLACE

Yes, I did obtain 2 weeks later a notice where they stated "like a client courtesy they'd matter me a reimbursement" BULL! The corporation needed to matter me a credit since I'd NOT REQUESTED THEIR INEFFECTIVE PROVIDERS

After I asked to get a boss, her remarks were "I don't determine what otherwise you would like, they're giving you credit". Fools having a name-tag is what I contemplate them-and it's a disgrace that they'll escape with this specific behaviour.ineffective spineless and that I may allow everybody realize that they don't care, they merely believe returning the costs THEY TOOK to start with is sufficient. To not me.
