Poor Customer Support and unauthorized charges

I requested the MB bundle marketed about the infomercial. I loved a few of the items, some less. I chose to contact the client support and put up a method to only purchase at my own personal comfort.in the last quantity of weeks they've billed my consideration without agreement, delivered me products after I had requested numerous occasions not to obtain them till I purchase and also have spoken with people about the telephone who slur their phrases and audio so completely unprofessional. It surely got to the stage where I required to talk to a CS Director or boss. I had been informed they'd tell me the same but I nevertheless required to talk to a supervisor. After being on-hold for nearly five minutes exactly the same CS representative returned and stated that her boss informed her that is all-they might do. I questioned again to consult with the boss plus they wouldn't allow me. I then quickly terminated my account. To invest so much cash on items and also to be handled the way in which I had been is completely inappropriate.

The corporation is horrible to cope with and it is truly frustrating that Cindy Crawford allows her item to become offered in this questionable and unprofessional way.

I counsel you not to work with the corporation!
