Credit Card used w/o permission!

I've never registered with Virgin Mobile, or do I understand a person with this support but my credit card continues to be billed twice and that I have yet to determine my cash put-back on my charge card. I've spoken to reps twice. I had been informed the very first time (2/23) they have exposed a study and that I must notice anything from somebody in 72 hours. That never occurred. After I called back on 3/1 and talked with another repetition. She advised me that there is nothing that would be completed since a study was already exposed. She also stated that she place in a tech-support to contact me which hasn't occurred which is today 3/24! Our charge card was charged TWICE within the quantity of $74.90 and that I am not likely to permit anyone to obtain a "free-ride" from me! I'd enjoy a call-back, my cash set back into my consideration before this moves any more. I actually do have titles, times, divisions and discussions submitted for my report!
