My husband got a loan from Citifinancial 10 years ago. We have had nothing but problems from this loan since the start. We just paid them off after they put us in foreclosure for $1800. I am still waiting for the payoff letter, and the letter from the lawyer they used saying to the effect everything was finished this July. The recorder office here in town says we need a letter from this stupid company for reconvence to take the loan off my husband's record.

This company has done nothing but harass us since we started with them unfortunatly. They call us at all hours of the night and call my husband's work, so he might lose his job but they would never get paid off that way.

The one person that we have been dealing with lately is Marc Atkinson. He is just as stupid as the rest of the company and the law office of steve melemt, is just as bad.

I would advise for people to get a good lawyer yourselves and let's sue the pants off these guys. I have watched the news lately and people are losing their old house because of this company. I call this company a ripoff completely.
