Foreclosure Over $1,800 and Payoff Letter Still Not Received

My husband got a loan from Citifinancial 10 years ago. We have had nothing but problems with this loan since the start. We just paid them off after they put us in foreclosure for $1,800. I am still waiting for the payoff letter, and for the letter from the lawyer they used saying that everything was finished this July. The recorder's office here in town says we need a letter from the company for reconveyance to take the loan off my husband's record.

This company has done nothing but harass us since we started with them. They call us at all hours of the night and call my husband's work, so he might lose his job, but they would never get paid off that way.

The one person we have been dealing with lately is Marc Atkinson. We have also dealt with the law office of Steve Melemt.

I would advise people to get a good lawyer themselves and let's sue them. I have watched the news lately and people are losing their old houses because of this company. I call this company a complete ripoff.
