Ripoff harrassing phone calls, confidentiality, late fees gallore

Where do I start! This company is truly unbelievable. They have changed my due dates on three different times. I had no idea when my payments are due and of course, the payment was always "late" and I received late fees. They would call my work 4-7 times a week, sometimes twice a day.

A letter was faxed to them telling them to not contact me at work and they found other lines that came into our business and started calling those as well. I recieve emails that I haven't made payments in a period of time and monthly payments are sent on time. My card is now over limit due to all the fees that they have applied. They would call my home late at night and as early as 7:00 in the morning.

I was attending my sister-in-laws funeral and had a friend stay with me at my house. He answered the phone and it was Cross Country Bank. They asked my friend "What are we going to do about this account". Of course, my friend had no clue what was going on.

They have taken funds out of my account authorized. This company is awful. They are stressing me out so bad. They have become a big nightmare and NOBODY should have to go through what I have gone through. It is embarrassing.
