Ripoff Telephonic harassment scam

Cross Country Bank ripped us both off and keep threatening for more money never stop calling demanding money and bank info

My Roomate and I both filed for a Cross Country Bank Credit Cards DEC with a start rate credit line of $250 we both were increased to around $600 we repeadidly called them to cancel cards but everytime they keep saying "no dont cancel we will take off late charges" but never do they repeatedly charged late fees and over the limit fees with out telling you why our credit line is only $600 and both of us have a bill with them for over $1000 we have called several times to cancel cards and pay of balance in payments but they keep saying even if the card is closed they will still add on fees i have repeatedly asked them to stop calling work they said "to fax them a note saying to stop calling and why" and i did

I was told the calls would stop at work they took off my work # but the calls are still coming up to 15 times a day several days a week we got behind on our payments from paying online acording to CROSS COUNTRY if you pay online after 3pm it is late ok fine they added $30 on both cards but then also took there own fees and bounced our purchases and charged another $30 each several times we have tried to make payment arrangements but they always want more $ than we can pay so again they jack on another FEE for OVER THE LIMIT and LATE with all these acumulations it is impossible to pay them off we both want these cards closed! Acording to CROSS COUNTRY they are closed ok? If they are closed why is there over the limit FEES???

And late FEES??? They are very threatening on the phone I am surprised that they are still in business THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED RIPPING HELPLESS VICTIMS OFF please do not get with CROSS COUNTRY they will totally SCREW you in the end and you might lose your job we dont know where to turn now or who to get help with their threatening acts of violence they are now threatening to take us to court and take all our assets we dont know where to turn now or what to do please help
