Cross country bank they are a big ripoff

I have had their card for about two months and they are trying to charge me all kinds of late fees and i have never been late on a payment and the added all kinds of late fees and send me letters stating that i am behind in my payments and i am not. They also started an electronic checking where they take the money out of your account and i had no idea about this. We send them checks for our payments. I don't need my credit messed up and they are telling me that they can but me on the credit report for not paying my bill. If there is a law suit i would love to be in on it they don't seem to want to work out anything they hang up on me when i talk to them on the phone. Thanks for your reports about this matter i thought i was doing something wrong.
