Fairbanks Capitol ripoff dishonest fraudalent billing late fees scam

I can't believe all the complaints that i just read fron other customers just like me. To be honest i almost cried because i have also been thru hell with Fairbanks.

I always wondered why i was getting charged with all this fees, late payments and return checks, well now i know. I had to file bankrupcy last year and lost one of my properties to EQUICREDIT/FAIRBANKS. I went thru hell, being a familly man with 4 kids and wife, i got sucked into paying more in my payments to be current on my account. They applied payments into "suspense accounts" what ever that was, took my regular payments and used them for what ever they felt like and on and so on!

They keep on adding insurance to my house, i have provided them with proof GOD knows how many times and the list goes on and on. I am really frustrated know because im afraid i will lose my house, theres a $4,500 dollar balance on an escrow acct. I have know idea what is from and some other fees/late fess or whatever. My credit its shot because of the bankrrupcy, I have tried to refinance but, no succes exept for this company AMERIQUEST that its willing to refinance for a ridiculus 13%.

But hey! Maybe its better so i can get away from this ruddles thieves that have no concern for us. Does anyone know if AMERIQUEST is a reputable lending company? Im going to get all my statements (which i keep all) from years past and figure out what they've done. If there is a class action law suit i want to be part of it. PLEASE let my know
