Ripoff! Liars and cheats! Ripoff business from hell! Ripoff liars victimized us!

Fairbanks bought our Mortgage from Conti Mortgage in 1995. We tried to refinance for a lower interest rate and Fairbanks said we could'nt due to a contract they made with Conti. We kept trying over the years and it was always one excuse after another.

Finally contacted an attorney, and found out it was illegal for them to hold us. They REFUSED to give us a credit reference, and then started holding our payments till they were late.

Fairbanks had NO trouble reporting us to every credit burea as late! They also forced home owners insurance on us when we had insurance through a reputable company.
We are now in chapter 13 to protect the house!!! The rest of our hard earned credit has been DESTROYED because we had to let other things go to keep Fairbanks from foreclosing on the house!

They have held us for ransom for 8 long years and it has'nt ended yet! We now have to send our payments certified mail each month so they can't say they did'nt get it. Even our trustee said we got screwed!
Any one know a good civil attorney? I think we all need toband together and file a class action suit!!
