I first called and told a Mr. Hickman I would be sending a check with a certain number on a certain date. He proceeded to make an unauthorized withdrawal from my bank.

I didn't realize this and sent the check when I said I would. He then proceeded to deposit the check, not once but twice and both times it didn't clear. This being because I had gotten my statement and saw the check clear and paid other bills.

The bank then told me what had happened and I have not been able to get any satisfaction out anyone I have talked to there. I have been through 16 different people there with no results. They have now called my wife at her work (which they where told never to do).

The last payment I sent I to them they sent back saying they could only accept money orders or certified checks. This all because they made an illegal withdrawal from my bank. I'm getting very tired of the harassment. Suggestions please.

The check that cleared was the unauthorized withdrawal.
